My name is Linde Miltenburg. I’m at home in administrative law and environmental and planning law. I advise and litigate on general board procedural law, environmental law and thepublic access to government information. I do this mainly for (semi-)governmental authorities.
I am energised to research and handle legal matters to the betterment of clients’ interests. I am driven, accurate and creative in all I do.
Before joining Nysingh I obtained multiple master’s (Honours) degrees from Utrecht University and the Radboud University (Nijmegen, NL) in state and administrative law, plus international and European Law. I acted as intern while obtaining my degree, at the dept for Administrative Law for the Council of State and was also active as a surveyor for a water board in NL.
