My name is Linde Miltenburg and I specialise in administrative as well as environmental and planning law. I advise and litigate on general administrative and procedural law matters (including enforcement), water management and water board legislation, environmental and planning law (including zoning law), educational accommodation and the Open Government Act (Woo). I do this mainly for public authorities and semi-public bodies.

I enjoy getting to the bottom of legal issues and acting in my clients’ interests in doing so. I am committed, precise and creative.

Before joining Nysingh, I graduated cum laude in both constitutional and administrative law (Utrecht University) as well as international and European Law (Radboud University). During my studies I completed internships at a law firm and at the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State. I also assisted at a water board.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge with our clients in blogs and giving in-company courses on my specialisms listed above. I also regularly contribute to academic journals. I also regularly collaborate on scientific publications.
