I am Maarten Spronck. I specialise in liability law, insurance law and compensation law, with a focus on personal injury. As a personal injury lawyer I advise and litigate in personal injury cases and am active in this field as a registered member of the Netherlands mediation federation (MfN).

As a lawyer I commit with heart and soul to the best interests of my clients. I facilitate their journey, despite the difficulties encountered along the way. My strengths? Creativity, strategy and tactical thinking. I see the resolution of disputes as the ultimate chess game. A process I enjoy very much. Which is why I am often called in on complex cases that have already accumulated extensive files. In such matters I quickly reduce problems to their essence, in order to come to a definitive solution.

As a mediator my role is different, but my effectiveness is the same. In mediation I find it important that parties really enter into dialogue with each other, while retaining the standpoint of their own interests. I guide parties, unnoticed, through the phases of the process, paying attention to the psychological aspects. In this way a dispute that has lasted for years can often be resolved in one day.
