Marike Boersen

My name is Marike Boersen. A partner at Nysingh, I specialise in business law, bankruptcy law, contract law and company law. My particular expertise lies in insolvency law and restructuring.

In addition to my work as a lawyer, I am a guest lecturer at educational institutions including Grotius Academie, Radboud University and Utrecht University. In addition, I am an editorial member of the Tijdschrift voor Curatoren and the president of the Netherlands Bar Association (NOvA) legislative advisory committee on insolvency law.

Before joining Nysingh, I worked at a nearby, medium-sized law firm for almost thirteen years, where I was an eligible bankruptcy trustee in large and mid-sized bankruptcies for over ten years. That experience has equipped me to provide you with that extra service.
