I am Martijn Zinnemers. I’m at home in business law, company law and contract law. I have wide experience in the national and international practice of mergers and acquisitions, in which I guide my clients through negotiations concerning the ownership, control and financing of businesses. I also advise on a range of issues in the field of company law and national and international contract law. I help clients with in-house disputes and I advise on the conclusion or termination of various kinds of commercial contracts. I mainly help national and international entrepreneurs and investors.

I have been working at Nysingh since 2010. Before that I was a student of business studies and then Dutch law at the Radboud University of Nijmegen. With this background I enjoy assessing and meeting the needs of entrepreneurs and I will come up with legal and practical solutions to help you as an entrepreneur in your day-to-day business operations.
