I have broad experience in the (international) M&A practice, in which I advise (international) entrepreneurs and investors in negotiations about the ownership, control and financing of companies.

I frequently advise my clients on a wide range of matters in the area of corporate law, varying from advising and assisting shareholders and directors on disputes within their company to advising them on complex corporate governance structures. In the area of (international) contract law I advise numerous (international) entrepreneurs in concluding or terminating various types of commercial contracts. I also have broad experience in (international) arbitration cases.
