My name is Nina Prast. I deal with range of issues concerning liability, insurance & property damage.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Law and my Master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice at Tilburg University. While still a student, I gained work experience in multiple areas of the legal profession, after which I began my career at Nysingh. In 2026, I was admitted as a lawyer.
In my practice, I advise and assist insurers, public authorities and businesses on liability and property damage issues. My practice covers complex insurance claims, employers’ liability and public liability.
My interest in the law stems from a broad interest in society and a keen curiosity about the stories and issues underlying the cases I deal with. I enjoy tackling complex matters and dissecting the legal and factual issues at their core. It is precisely when differing interests converge that I find it rewarding to bring order to complexity and develop creative, practical and well‑founded solutions.
