Nysingh strengthens quality of planned growth with appointment counsel
With Vera Textor as counsel, Nysingh strengthens its quality in growth strategy.
My name is Vera Textor and I specialise in administrative law and environmental law, which I have extensive experience with. I advise and litigate on matters including general administrative law, the Municipalities Act, environmental and planning law (planning and zoning law), the Open Government Act, subsidy regulations, roads and road traffic law and nature conservation law. I do this mainly for public authorities and businesses.
I am curious, creative and committed, but also unwavering when the case requires it. My work is characterised by sharp analyses, plain language and practical solutions. I am also a team player who keeps everyone’s best interests in mind.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked as a legal adviser at OPTA (now ACM) and as a lawyer at Houthoff in Amsterdam. In addition to my work as a lawyer, I am also a deputy judge in the Environment and Planning Chamber of the Oost-Brabant District Court and chairperson and member of the Complaints Committee of the province of Flevoland.
I know my way around administrative and environmental law,. which I regularly write about on our website. I also publish regularly and give practical workshops and in-house courses. I am an author at SDU Vind Commentaar Bestuursrecht.
If you have a question or want to make my acquaintance, feel free to call or e-mail me.
