My name is Willianne Nooteboom. I specialise in land matters and in land acquisition (such as expropriation and tolerance obligations), land allocation by public authorities (pursuant to the Didam judgment), agricultural tenancy, real rights and limited rights (such as long-term leases, rights of superficies and easements), time-limitation, and property-related issues in a more general sense. I do so mainly for public authorities and water boards in particular.
I graduated in Nijmegen cum laude. During my studies, I worked at a legal advice centre for several years and gained experience at several large law firms before joining Nysingh.
I am meticulous, enthusiastic and results oriented. With strong analytical skills, I am able to get straight to the crux of a matter. I provide my clients with a thorough legal analysis and use it to help them resolve the issues facing them.
I am a member of the Association for Expropriation Law and the Dutch Young Property Lawyers Association. I am also a member of our Water Boards Team and the Land Cases Team.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
