My name is Wim Weterings. I specialise in corporate liability insurance and corporate liability, such as product liability, directors’ and officers’ liability and technical damage. At Nysingh I am involved in advising and litigating in the field of insurance law and liability law.
I have experience with cases such as Ageas/Fortis, Imtech, the Philips apnoea case, and insurance cover for a class action relating to an alleged privacy breach. My clients appreciate me for my approachability. I combine depth with a practical approach.
I have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, which often wins cases. I am quick to get to the heart of the matter. These qualities allow me to reach satisfactory solutions for my clients, both in and outside of court.
I am happy to assist you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are in need of legal advice or assistance about insurance and/or liability law.
