Expropriation Lawyer

My name is Tim van Duijnhoven. I specialise in land matters, land acquisition and preferential rights, primarily for municipalities, provinces and water boards.

I obtained my Bachelor of Laws degree and later completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) at Radboud University. During my studies, I also completed an internship at Nysingh’s Zwolle office.

I work in a critical and results-oriented manner, with a strong focus on clear and careful communication. I set high standards for the quality of my work and critically assess analyses and legal documents. Through this approach, I contribute to sustainable solutions in complex cases.

As a lawyer, I believe in making an impact, not only within individual cases but also in society as a whole. I am particularly interested in matters with significant societal relevance and substantial interests at stake, where legal expertise can truly make a difference.
