Tim van Duijnhoven I specialise in land matters, land acquisition and preferential rights, mainly for municipalities, provinces and water boards.
I obtained my bachelor’s degree and later my and master’s degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) at Radboud University. During my studies I also did an internship at Nysingh’s Zwolle office.
Possessed of strong oral and written skills, I critically reflect on the case file in question and work with a clear result in mind. My aim is to help find quality, durable solutions in complex cases.
As a lawyer, you make an impact, both in the cases themselves and in society at large. I am interested in cases that carry a high-stakes societal impact.
