We would like to share with you that as of December 11, 2023, Nysingh Attorneys and Notaries has been strengthened by the arrival of Wim Weterings. Wim works in the Liability, Insurance & Damage (AV&S) section, where he will mainly focus on insurance law.
Who is Wim Weterings?
Wim Weterings has been a lawyer and expert in insurance and liability law for 20 years. He is a versatile lawyer who previously worked at Nauta and Dirkzwager. He is also a senior lecturer in insurance law at Tilburg University and a visiting professor at Leuven University. Wim is a much sought-after speaker on insurance law and publishes regularly on liability and insurance law. He combines sharp legal analysis with a practical perspective.
At full strength again
With the arrival of Wim Weterings, our insurance law department is back at full strength. Wim will lead this department together with Marina de Kort-de Wolde. Marina comes from law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek where she practiced insurance law for 25 years.
