My name is Anneke Bolt and I specialise in liability law and compensation. I advise and litigate on government liability, employer’s liability, traffic related matters (whether or not it involves injury) and medical liability. I act on behalf of insurance companies and various government departments and semi-public bodies having to deal with claims for compensation.

As a lawyer, I like to get into the details, but at the same time I always aim to produce a good solution quickly. I like to invest in long-term relationships with clients and am always keen to collaborate. Before joining Nysingh, I held the post of senior lecturer at Maastricht University for ten years. My thesis dealt with deduction of collateral benefits from compensation.
