My name is Angelique Hommes and I specialise in corporate law with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and family businesses. I advise families, shareholders, directors and supervisory directors on governance, succession, restructuring, mergers, de-mergers, common funds, employee participation, depositary receipts for shares and cooperation agreements. I also advise healthcare and welfare institutions on governance.

In addition, I advise entrepreneurs in the field of family law.
