I am Angelique Hommes and I specialise in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and family companies. I advise families, shareholders, directors and supervisory board members on governance, business succession, restructuring operations, mergers, demergers, mutual funds, employee participations, issuing depositary receipts for shares and cooperation agreements.
