My name is Benjamin van Klompenburg and I specialise in corporate law. I advise medium-sized companies, family businesses and educational and healthcare institutions. For example, I handle the notarial aspects of structuring and restructuring operations, mergers and acquisitions, financing and refinancing in business succession and governance issues. My services include more than just realising legal steps. I am also very much interested in the story behind the entrepreneur. This enables me to give tailored-made advice and to provide entrepreneurs with the right legal structure for their company.
As a civil-law notary, I am by nature interested in the story behind the entrepreneurs and their business. I believe that as a civil-law notary I play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting people at key points in their lives. This role, combined with my passion for corporate law, brings together these two important aspects and ensures that I perform my work with full motivation.
Before joining Nysingh, I completed a master’s degree in Notarial Law. During this master’s degree, I was introduced to corporate law. This captured my interest so greatly that I decided to pursue the master’s degree in corporate law as well. I completed both degrees successfully.
