My name is Eveline Hoogeterp. I’m completely at home in health law. I advise and litigate on business law, contract law, administrative law, disciplinary law, health insurance law, governance and market regulation in healthcare. I do this for healthcare institutions, in particular hospitals, and cure and care healthcare professionals. I regularly supervise mergers and acquisitions of large healthcare institutions.
My cv shows that I know my way around healthcare. I have been fully focused on the healthcare sector since the start of my career. At the Erasmus University of Rotterdam I took two courses with a very specific healthcare focus: Policy and Management in Healthcare (master’s in Health Economics, Policy and Law) and Law with a master’s in Healthcare Law.
During my studies I worked at a niche firm in Rotterdam that specialises in pharmaceutical law. Next, I worked as a lawyer in health law at a niche healthcare firm for more than four years. I am author of the Participation (Clients of Healthcare Institutions) Act for Health Law, Text & Comments, regularly give guest lectures at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and run seminars at clients.
Together with my colleagues in the Healthcare Market Group, I regularly share my knowledge through the website, (online) seminars, newsletters and events.
