With Annechien Beijering-Beck, Jessica de Roos and Eveline Schmitt-Hoogeterp joining the partner group, the number of partners at Nysingh will be further expanded as of January 1, 2023.

Annechien Beijering-Beck (39) joined Nysingh in 2018 and is completely at home in health law. Her particular interests include supervision and enforcement and issues of quality, healthcare procurement and regulation. She works particularly for healthcare institutions, such as hospitals and institutions focusing on disability care, elderly care, mental health care, youth care, and for municipalities. An attorney since 2006, Annechien is analytically sharp, gets to the heart of the matter quickly and puts her client first. She also lectures and publishes on specific topics within health law.

Jessica de Roos (38) has been with Nysingh since 2012 and specializes in land acquisition, land leases and rural areas. She assists governments, estates and leaseholders in land use issues. She has assisted various governments in drafting and implementing land acquisition policies and conducted large numbers of expropriation proceedings. Jessica is a member of several specialty associations and sits on the board of the Association for Expropriation Law. She regularly publishes and lectures on current affairs in land matters.

Eveline Schmitt-Hoogeterp (33) has been a lawyer since 2013 and has worked at Nysingh since 2018. Having focused entirely on the healthcare sector from the beginning of her career, Eveline knows her way around health law like no other. She advises and litigates for healthcare institutions on, among other things, market regulation in healthcare, disciplinary law, health insurance law, governance and regularly supervises mergers and acquisitions of large healthcare institutions. Eveline is also author of the Act on Participation of Clients of Healthcare Institutions 2018 for Tekst & Commentaar Gezondheidsrecht and regularly gives guest lectures at Erasmus University.
