My name is Ingrid van den Berge. I’m at home in European and Dutch procurement law. I advise and litigate on all aspects of tenders – from drafting and assessing tender documents to conducting (complex) summary and main proceedings. I do this mainly for contracting authorities. Like the national police force, as well as a variety of independent administrative bodies, (local) government and healthcare institutions.

I am an inspired lawyer and committed to my clients. I am always sensitive to ‘the question behind the question’, in order to find the most practical solution.
