My name is Job van Esser and I’m at home in liability law and insurance law. I advise on personal injury, employer’s liability and government liability. My clients are insurers, government authorities and companies.
Before joining Nysingh I obtained a master’s degree in private law (with a focus on liability law) from Utrecht University. During my studies I completed several internships in the legal profession, including at Nysingh. I also worked as an external clerk of the Court of Appeal in The Hague and as a legal assistant at a legal aid centre.
The legal profession is dynamic and multifaceted. I find it a challenge to combine the legal side, in which knowledge and creativity are central, with the human aspect – interaction with my clients. Which makes it especially satisfying when I am able to achieve the best possible results for my clients.
