My name is Mark Tunnissen. I specialise in administrative law and environmental and planning law. I advise and litigate on environmental and planning law (including planning and zoning law, the granting of permits and the Environment and Planning Act), general administrative and procedural law (including enforcement and the Open Government Act), the public-law aspects of the Quality Assurance (Building Sector) Act and educational accommodation. I do this work for public authorities and healthcare institutions.
I would describe myself as calm, stress-resistant and analytical. My strength lies in explaining complex subjects to my clients in clear and simple terms. I am always happy to assist my clients. Together we will go the extra mile. I love it when a project – such as the surroundings of a train station or a new business park – is ultimately realised in the way my client envisaged it. In this way my legal advise becomes tangible.
I regularly give intercompnay courses in the field of environmental law, general administrative and procedural law and the Open Government Act. In addition, I share my knowledge via the website, newsletters, webinars and events.
If you would like to know more about what my colleagues and I can do for you, please feel free to contact me.
