My name is Mirthe Visser. I’m at home in Dutch and European procurement law. With this knowledge I advise and litigate on all aspects of tenders, for both contracting authorities and tenderers.
Before joining Nysingh I studied European law at Utrecht University. After graduating, I worked for six months as a legal assistant in (European) procurement law, at Nysingh.
As a lawyer I find it important to make complicated legal concepts understandable for my clients. I am precise and to the point, with a focus on clear, practical advice that will help my clients move forward.
