My name is Özlem Demirkol. I specialise in construction law as well as real estate and tenancy law, including educational accommodation. I assist public authorities, companies and semi-public bodies such as housing associations and healthcare institutions, advising them and litigating on a range of other issues such as contracts, general terms and conditions and liability.
Committed to my work, I am also good at relating to the situations facing my clients. I am driven and results-oriented and I always strive to achieve the best possible solution to the issues at hand.
Before joining Nysingh, I studied Dutch law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. During that time I did internships for the judiciary and for a number of law firms of varying size.
The fact that my colleagues and I are well-versed in real estate law is clear from our blog, Here we regularly share news, understandings and knowledge about our area of expertise.
