My name is Sacha Schut. I specialise in property law, contract law, liability law, the Didam judgment and area development. I advise and litigate on public-private cooperation, real estate transactions, housing and contracts. I so do for municipalities, provincial authorities, water boards, the State government and commercial parties.
The combination of this knowledge with my strong analytical skills enables me to get to the heart of a matter quickly. I am also astute and cope well with stress.
Before practising as a lawyer at Nysingh, I graduated cum laude from Radboud University Nijmegen. During my studies I completed internships at various law firms including Nysingh. I also worked as a legal assistant at Nysingh for four months while studying for my master’s degree in civil law.
