My name is Sofie Velers and I specialise in liability and insurance law. I advise and litigate on, among other things, government liability, employer’s liability and personal injury. I do this work for public authorities, semi-public bodies and companies.
Before joining Nysingh I graduated cum laude at Radboud University Nijmegen. During my studies I completed internships at various law firms, including Nysingh. I also worked as a legal assistant at Nysingh and worked as a volunteer at a legal advice centre in Nijmegen for over four years.
I would describe myself as very accurate. I believe it is important to properly understand any questions from clients and to sort matters out to the last detail.
