My name is Thijs van Tilburg. I specialise in corporate law and Dutch and international contract law. I advise domestic and international companies and assist them in negotiations and domestic and international proceedings. Other areas of law I deal with include Intellectual Property, copyright, trade mark law and advertising law. I do this work for public authorities, healthcare and educational institutions and companies.
In particular, I advise and litigate on commercial contracts of franchise, distribution and agency agreements to purchase agreements, contracts or services, and general terms and conditions, but also on pre-contractual liability, directors and officers liability and corporate governance. Via our international network TAGLaw, the world’s biggest international lawyer’s network, I assist clients in international issues as well.
