My name is Thirza Bakker-Lankhaar and I specialise in real estate law. I advise on a range of issues regarding ownership and proprietary rights, including easements, leasehold, superficies and mortgage rights. Together with my colleagues in the Real Estate, Market and Government department, I advise public authorities, commercial parties, and healthcare and educational institutions .
I joined Nysingh as a candidate civil-law notary in July 2025. Before that, I worked as a legal assistant in Nysingh’s real estate notarial practice. During my studies at Utrecht University, I gained legal experience at several notarial and other firms.
Expert knowledge, long-term solutions and personal advice are cornerstones of the real estate notarial practice. As a junior civil-law notary I contribute to these cornerstones by being meticulous, engaged and decisive in my work. I enjoy distilling complex situations into clear, accessible advice and practicable solutions.
