My name is Vera van Santen and I specialise in employment law. I assist healthcare and educational institutions, public authorities and businesses. I advise and litigate on terms of employment, dismissals, reorganisations, employee participation, non-compete issues, competition and incapacity for work.
Before joining Nysingh, I pursued several master degree programmes at Utrecht University. During my studies, I worked as an intern at several large law firms, including Nysingh. I was also a project manager at the Municipality of Stichtse Vecht for two years, where I worked on the implementation of the Public Servants (Standardisation of Legal Status) Act.
I enjoy the challenge and hard work of being a lawyer. I have a positive attitude and believe it is important to build good relationships with my clients. That is why I am easy to reach and my door is always open.
