I’m Vera van Santen. I am at home in labour law and use my knowledge to assist healthcare and educational institutions, governments and businesses. I advise and litigate on matters such as terms of employment, dismissal, reorganization, employee participation, (non-) competition and occupational disability.
Before joining Nysingh I obtained multiple master’s degrees from Utrecht University and, during my studies, did internships at various (large) law firms. I also worked for two years as a project manager for the municipality of Stichtse Vecht, where I was involved in the implementation of the Public Servants (Standardisation of Legal Status) Act.
As a lawyer I like challenges and hard work. I have a positive attitude and I find it important to build good relationships with my clients. Which is why I’m easy to reach and accessible!
