I am a corporate lawyer and I advise and assist companies with governance, contracts, acquisitions and other matters, providing clear advice and taking strategic decisions. My aim is to find solutions without having to resort to legal proceedings. However, I do not eschew them if necessary.
I became interested in corporate law when studying Dutch law at the University of Groningen. I then expanded my knowledge by completing a master’s degree in Financial Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. As a result, the advice I give to companies combines a firm grasp of not only the legal aspects involved but also the financial and business economic context.
I enjoy working with businesses to find solutions to their legal challenges. My approach is practical and solution oriented, and I provide clear advice that is directly applicable to day-to-day situations.
