Lawyer specialising in Area Development, Expropriation Law and Agricultural Tenancy Law

My name is Jorinde Kwakkernaat. I specialise in land matters and have particular expertise in preferential rights, expropriation, agricultural tenancy law, and adverse possession of land. In addition, I advise and litigate on a wide range of real estate-related matters, including issues arising from the Didam judgment and obligations to tolerate certain activities.

I mainly work for municipalities, water authorities, and other public authorities, supporting them in the development and implementation of spatial and infrastructure projects. I also share my knowledge and experience through blogs and by providing training courses and seminars.

As a lawyer, I am committed, meticulous, and approachable. I take a practical approach and translate complex legal issues into clear and actionable advice, enabling my clients to move forward with confidence.
