My name is Jorinde Kwakkernaat. My field is contract law, land matters, planning blight and compensation for loss resulting from administrative acts, tenancy, land acquisition (including expropriation, obligations to tolerate, and preferential rights under the Environment and Planning Act (formerly the Municipalities (Preferential Rights) Act), area development, the Didam judgment, energy and sustainability, time-barring and property-related matters in general. I also advise on partnerships, which I do mainly for public authorities.
I graduated cum laude in civil law from Radboud University in Nijmegen. I also graduated in business management with a specialisation in Strategic Management.
Before joining Nysingh, I completed internships at several law firms and served as a legal assistant at a large law firm for a number of years. I also broadened my knowledge and experience of my specialism at the Wijchen Legal Advice Centre, which I chaired for one year.
I am a customer-oriented, meticulous and committed lawyer. I have an eye for detail and I give my clients practical advice that they can use to their advantage.
I have a firm grasp of tenancy and expropriation law. This is also clear from Nysingh’s Lease and Expropriation blogs, where my colleagues and I regularly share news, insights and knowledge on the website.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
