My name is Silvio Palper. I’m at home in liability and insurance law, with a focus on personal injury. I act on behalf of insurance companies, insurance brokers and individual enterprises. This can cover but is not limited to: traffic liabilities, employers liabilities and injury to persons.

Before joining Nysingh, I was employed for more than three years as a lawyer for insurance and liability law at a medium-sized lawyer’s office in Amersfoort (NL). Before that, I worked for three years as a personal injury practitioner with various insurance companies. It was there that I realised that my interest was aroused especially when I had to hand over to a solicitor; it became important for me to enter the world of advocacy.

As a lawyer, I feel that maintaining peace is very important. I assess each file thoroughly and critically, and examine the actual problem behind the request, to then find solutions. This could mean litigation, but I often manage to come to satisfactory solutions out of court. My powers of persuasion are my forte here.
