My name is Chantal Kolk. I specialise in property law, specifically related to proprietary rights and interests. I advise on, among other things, transfers of ownership and real rights, such as easements, ground lease, superficies and mortgage rights. In addition, I have special expertise in the field of country estates (Estates Act 1928) and cultural-historical heritage.

I supervise companies, institutions, public authorities and country estate owners. My practice also includes German-speaking clients.
I am personally involved with my clients, as well as being accurate and decisive. Helping my clients achieve their legal goals gives me great satisfaction and a sense of being of value to them. I am also a member of the editorial board of the Land- en Tuinbouw Bulletin.
