My name is Madlyn Hoek. I specialise in corporate law. I advise domestic and international companies, institutions, family businesses and estate owners. I do so on matters such as the incorporation of legal entities, mergers, acquisitions and demergers, structuring and restructuring operations, share transfers, shareholder agreements and employee participations.
