My name is Rianne Kamphuis and I specialise in employment law. I advise and litigate on individual and collective redundancies, reorganisations, incapacity for work, poor performance, collective agreements law, employee participation and the Dutch Senior Executives in the Public and Semi-Public Sector (Standards for Remuneration) Act. My clients include companies and healthcare institutions.
