My name is Sietse Piekaar. I’m at home in corporate law, company law and bankruptcy law. I use my knowledge to advise on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, cooperation agreements and restructuring. I do this for (international) companies and institutions.

Before joining Nysingh I worked as a lawyer for two law firms in Amsterdam. I worked for these firms in the fields of corporate litigation and insolvency.  Regular appointments as a bankruptcy curator allowed me to experience the inner workings of many different businesses. This broad background has been the basis for further specialisation in mergers and acquisitions at Nysingh.
