My name is Sietse Piekaar-Koopmans. I specialise in corporate, business and bankruptcy law. I advise on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, cooperation agreements and restructuring operations. I do this for international companies and institutions.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked as a lawyer at a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam. There I worked at the corporate litigation, division, and in insolvency practice. Having regularly acted as an insolvency practitioner (curator), I have often seen the inner workings of companies close at hand. Based on that experience, I have deepened my specialism in mergers and acquisitions at Nysingh.
