My name is Jeroen Scheltes. I’m at home in property law, construction law and contract. I advise and litigate on, among other things, contractual issues, general terms and conditions, construction disputes and real estate transactions. I do this for healthcare institutions, governments, housing corporations, project developers and contractors.

Before joining Nysingh I obtained a master’s degree in private law from the University of Groningen. During my studies I did internships at two major law firms, in litigation and real estate practice.

I have also worked as a dentist for more than three years. Which taught me that prevention is better than cure! This applies to both health care and law. So I am very happy to help my clients prevent problems. However, when a dispute can’t be avoided, I’m also highly competitive. Which comes naturally to me, given my top-level sports background.
